This release will contain the new Multitenancy Implementation that uses a single index and a custom field to implement tenants. We will also release MT security fix for the readonly tenant issue which can delete the .kibana index and the Signals thread pool issue which prevent proper initialization when using Helm Charts with low CPU limits
