Introduced views for CheckList and CheckTable

Nils Bandener requested to merge checktable-view into main

Views allow to limit the a CheckTable to certain rows or columns. Checking elements on views will still also affect the underlying CheckTable.

Needed for search-guard/search-guard-suite-enterprise#273 (closed)
